After successful payment and confirmation of your booking:

• Consultation details will be made available through your account, email, SMS, or WhatsApp, as applicable.

• Chat, voice, and video consultations will be conducted at the scheduled date and time selected during booking.

• Digital astrology reports, where applicable, will be delivered within the time communicated at the time of booking.

3. No Physical Shipping

Since Vaikundam Ashramam provides only digital services, no physical products are shipped. Therefore, shipping charges, courier services, tracking numbers, and physical delivery timelines do not apply.

4. Delays

While we strive to deliver all services on time, delays may occur due to technical issues, unforeseen circumstances, or factors beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will notify you and make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide the service at the earliest opportunity.
