Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy

1. Refund Policy

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any booked consultation or service, regardless of the reason for cancellation or absence.

Refund for Cancelled Sessions by Vaikundam Ashramam: If our astrologer or spiritual expert is unable to attend the scheduled consultation, or if the session is cancelled due to technical issues or any other reason on behalf of Vaikundam Ashramam, a full refund will be processed within 7 days. Alternatively, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Before 24 Hours: If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must inform us by calling the contact number provided on our website at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to qualify for a rescheduling opportunity. Requests must be made during our published working hours.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Eligibility for Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted only once if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment by calling the contact number provided on our website during our working hours.

Rescheduling Process: Rescheduled appointments are subject to the availability of our astrologers or spiritual experts and are at the sole discretion of Vaikundam Ashramam.

Expert Assignment: If you cancel your original appointment, Vaikundam Ashramam reserves the right to assign any available astrologer or spiritual expert for the rescheduled session.

Time Limit for Rescheduling: The rescheduled appointment must be completed within 7 days of the original booking date.

No Additional Charges: Eligible rescheduling will be provided without any additional charges.

4. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, they will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
